shourya negi

Abstract

One of the computation being put through for the signification on the society, nature and economy has came through the development of the green buildings. The demands of the consumer towards the sustainability and the eco-friendly nature has raised a craze among the developers to build up more number of these modern green projects. The concept of green building includes abundance of elements, procedures and components which divides to form green building concepts. The green building materials are manufactured from the localize sources which are basically nature friendly materials regarding construction of the buildings penetrating the eco design and giving a healthy culture. Several studies are being done to identify more and more better ways for the construction of such buildings which does not harm to the environment. Through this paper, an attempt is made to check the status of green buildings in India and to create awareness within the environment which will lead to a sustainable environment. Also, the green buildings studies are done where we get to know about the biocement, green concrete and eco cement , green roofs and such which further also highlights the rating systems of these buildings, there economy and also the challenges which it will be facing at the time of construction or implementation.
