Shrutika Ingale, V. B. Baru

Abstract

As Indian culture is highly depending on agriculture. 50% of the people are involved in agriculture. It constitutes large amount of part in Indian economy. It is due to this fact that lots of money is spend by government, for utilizing new technologies. It is obvious to have a disease on plants. The proper treatment is given by the consumer to take proper care of plants. People want well developed plants in accordance with quality and quantity as well. The disease region is found first using segmented parts of image. The classification technique used in this method is gradient boosting method. From the results, proposed system gives 80.02% accuracy.

Keywords: Leaf disease detection, Image segmentation, masking, feature extraction, gradient boosting classification.
