Abstract

Abstract: The proposed system is three phases PWM rectifier with current controlled loop which issued for harmonic reduction in A.C. current. The current controlled loop consists of FOPID controller which reduce peak overshoot FOPID controller has benefit in stabilizing DC voltage. The simulation confirms the effectiveness of the proposed method by giving low harmonics output and less amount of power loss in which switching time is controlled to increase energy on supply side grid by using rectifier.

Keywords: PWM rectifier, PI controller, PLL (phase locked loop), pulse generator, MATLAB simulation tool
