Abstract

Abstract
To make profit in fish farming, it is required to increase production and quality of fish. For this, it requires fresh water. As we know contaminated water cannot produce good quality of fish. Therefore it is required to monitor the quality of water. This paper proposed internet of things (IoT) based system for monitor the quality of water for pond and tank with respect to fish farming. Sensor and Inlet motor control unit (SOMCU) and Sensor and Outlet motor control unit (SOMCU) has been proposed which are microcontroller and sensors based system. The data from the different sensors accumulated simultaneously on the microcontroller. As soon as the data is collected, the microcontroller displays the collected data on the Liquid Crystal Display (LCD). Now the collected data has to be transmitted to Local Control Unit (LUC), which is located at some other location and from LCU data is transmitted to server with the help of NodeMCU and the data can accessed from anywhere on the globe through Blynk App.
