Abstract

Abstract

Increasing population results in the increase of the work payload on the humans, due to which errors happen. To avoid or reduce such incidents, introducing the concept of Super-Go in the industry can bring a revolutionary change in the upcoming future. This is mainly useful in retail markets where the probability of the customers looking for a product around the premises is not defined. Usually the problems faced in a market due to human beings are identification of the desired product at the particular location, crowd controlling, human errors, difficulties in reaching to the end product at the particular time etc. Super-Go is an industrial IoT BOT (Internet of Things Robot), which, on receiving commands from the authorized user, implements the task. Being an IOT bot it can be accessible around the globe by the user/owner. Upon receiving the particular command, it locates the item and using different methods, it delivers the product to the location of the customer.
