Abstract

Abstract
In this paper, we do the noise analysis of single-ended input differential amplifier (MOS). Stochastic differential equations are used to analyse the effect of extrinsic noise. We use time domain method and use SDE (Stochastic Differential Equation) to determine autocorrelation function for the output process. Mean and variance of the output noise is obtained. This analysis helps to get circuit with better noise performance. The analysis compares the noise performance of single-ended input differential amplifier (MOS) with single ended differential amplifier (BJT).

Keywords: Single-ended input differential amplifier (MOS), noise, stochastic differential equation, mean and variance
