Shock Waves in an Electron Depleted Dusty Plasma with Nonextensive Ions
Abstract
A theoretical investigation of dust acoustic shock waves in an electron depleted dusty plasma comprising of negatively charged dust and two temperature non-extensive ions is investigated. The Korteweg-de-Vries Burgers equation is derived with the help of reductive perturbation method. Different physical parameters such as number density of cold ions, non-extensive parameter of cold and hot ions, temperature ratio of cold to hot ions significantly modify the characteristics of dust-acoustic shock waves.
