Abstract

In this article, we discuss the beneficial level of a machine according to its features. Here, two methodologies are used to take decision according to some internal features and external aspects. First use analytical hierarchy process method for survey. Generally, parameters generated by analytical hieratical process (AHP) is preferred by consumers. Nowadays quality is most preferable parameter (in cutting machine use 46% approximate). Second one is productivity (33% approximate); we can focus only on quantity concern where raw material is very cheap. Mostly people ignore machine cost issues in comparison to quality and productivity. In such cases the decision percentage is only 6% approximate in comparison to the machine cost. Second methodology utilizes comparison of both the formulation of machine cost and its quality. The decision of selection of machine depends on the parameter such as technical preferences and economic preferences. The quality and cost analysis help in making decision which is beneficial. Here, preference of Mechanical Cutting CNC Machine is 58% approximate in separate analysis and Laser Cutting CNC Machine is 77% approximate depending on the choice of benefits. Both methodologies examine and focus on market trend and implementation of easy methods of manufacturing to secure more demand and goodwill. Profit and loss are also factor of focus here to take decision.
