Pooja R. Chandgude

Abstract

In the 21st century Industrial area weather their small scale or larger scale is increase as compare the staring 18th century. All these industries are constructed with different purposes and need as well, but the increasing industrial area is harmful or the main reason of the environment degradation. For the Environment protection concern United State of America introduces and applied Environmental Impact Assessment system in the beginning 1970’s and then several countries have followed and applied EIA systems. The situation of the 1970’s and present is different because of increasing temperature, CO2 i.e. Greenhouse gas level and addition of these two reasons is increasing water in mean sea level. So, instate of study individual EIA if we study Cumulative Impact Assessment then there is more helpful for sustainable development for countries. In this work Analytical approach including spatial- temporal analysis method is applied to study Past, Present and reasonably foreseeable future actions MIDC in Hinjewadi with the help of Geographical Information System (GIS). Maps shows how the Land Use Land Cover is change of MIDC in Hinjewadi area and how the development is increase which is affect the Water, Forest, Agriculture and Socio is study. At the end paper is concluded with a maps, assessment or the mitigation of the problems and framework of Cumulative Impact Assessment.
