Abstract

In this paper, anticipated antenna for energy harvesting has been studied with high directivity, high gain and good return loss. The simulation of the proposed antenna was carried using IE3Dsoftware. The presented antenna is fit for wireless power transfer at resonant frequency 2.7 and 4.75 GHz. The microstrip antenna design is very compact which is made of glass epoxy having dielectric constant of 4.4.

Keywords: Microstrip patch antenna, return loss
