Abstract

In present era, flywheel motor is used in various applications extensively and mechanism are powered by human muscle energy. In India, conventionally the flour kneading system works on electric motor or by hand muscle power. These methods are used widely and kneading by hand is time consuming. Some kneading machine is also operated by hand but they are small capacity and time consuming and conventional method by electric motor is bulky, heavy and costly. Hence it is important to develop a new mechanism to solve the existing issue we developed a new system under project with title “Design and development of flour kneading machine by human powered flywheel motor”. In this system there is less wear and friction during operation. We used human energy which is supplemented by the flywheel for the process. The existing machine uses electricity which many time remains idle due to load shedding in rural regions this scenario creates lot of problems where such machine is utmost required viz. marriage hall kitchen, pantry, industries educational institutes etc. Discontinuous electricity supply affects the life in all aspects our product solves this problem.
