Controlling Construction Problems through Creativity and Innovation: A Preliminary Theoretical Perspective
Abstract
Advancement in the form of positive change in every field of endeavor is the desire of every person or organization delving into business. Change can manifest in different forms and under different conditions providing that the mindset and the needed driving force is activated in the appropriate direction with the basic perquisites such changes may demand. This study is aimed at reviewing possible preliminary measures considered significant which can be found useful in controlling construction problems majorly through creativity and innovation from relevant literature in line with the recent technological breakthroughs. It is hoped that the findings of this study will create the needed awareness toward driving the needed change in the construction industry and a swell of change in the mindset of the numerous stakeholders for improved productivity and satisfaction.
