Design and Application of a Lead Compensator to a Guided Missile Control System

Abstract


Phase lead compensation is an important and reliable method for classical control design in the frequency domain for continuous time systems. This study is concerned with the design of a lead compensator using Bode plot for a laser guided missile to satisfy the required performance specifications. Simulation studies are carried out in MATLAB which shows that the compensated system meets the desired specifications.
