Advance Smart Energy Meter
Abstract
The Advance Smart Energy Meter is a system designed to provide users with real-time data on their energy consumption through an analog meter. The system uses an Arduino, GSM module, and ESP8266 to gather data, send SMS alerts to the user, control home appliances remotely, and update a MySQL database in real time. A voltage sensor and current sensor are used to measure the voltage and current of the circuit, respectively, while a transformer, MOSFET, rectifier, relays, push button, and buzzer are used for power distribution and alerting the user about their usage. The system includes a web application built in PHP and an Android application built in Java to allow the user to access the data and control their appliances remotely
