Abstract

This paper reviews are detailed study of tapered roller bearings. The literature review is carried on Analysis of tapered roller bearings. In this paper the recent and past developments, theories on design of roller elements bearings are presented and analysis using FEM software for rolling element bearing. The paper mainly focuses on effect of the roller profiles due to bearing fatigue life. Various methodology used for experimental and fatigue life of the tapered roller bearings
