The present techno-economic scenario conventional lathes are replacing by computer numerical controlled machineries for mass production and quality work. For improve production rate, efficiency improvement, reduce machining cycle time, cost reduction ,material handling, eliminate waste and overcome the fatality of labor during machining operation, manufacturer are including in computer numerical controlled machines ,solution of loading and unloading of components on machine with automation instant of manually loading and unloading to reduce operator fatigue and increase efficiency. Automation in loading and unloading is one of the most critical and difficult task, as it has depends on numbers of independent variables and parameters. By analysis of current scenario of loading and unloading system and eliminating undesirable moment of component, improvement in production rate is achieved.
