Abstract
Supply chain management (SCM) is a vital factor to sustain organization in competitive world. In this respect, many organizations and scholars have performed to opt out factors that affect either positively or negatively on SCM. In today’s era, supply chain management has been mandatory in any automobile lines. Supply chain management concerns about the automobile lines in India. Supply chain management emerged in the Indian industries established new methodologies and regulations in order to implement profit, sustainability and environmental management throughout the entire chain. The industries established new methodologies and layout for better supply chain management. Comparisons of production per assembly from previous layout to new layout, comparisons of production in number output/manpower from previous layout to new layout and comparisons of production in number output/hour power from previous layout to new layout were studied. However, the research study on measuring supply chain management performance shows an optimized results and output. The supply chain performance measurement system includes three dimensions: resource, output, and flexibility.
