Abstract


In this paper we introduce machine which is design and fabricated to produce foam by recycling waste plastic bottles. It can be used in packaging, wrapping material, household applications etc. This technology enables to make foam with excellent quality and having low cost. We studied different polymer grades and they seem to behave like crushed plastic bottles material, but cost is high. So, we select plastic bottles as material.
