Risk Assessment and Consequences Modeling of Pool Fire of Bulk Storage Crude in Tank Farm
Abstract
Crude oil storage areas pose a range of hazards, including BLEVE, UVCE, POOL FIRE, JET FIRE, and more. To gain insights into potential scenario during storage and flow, annual reports, case studies, and research papers from past years were examined. Findings from this analysis can aid in promoting a safe and healthy work environment by enabling hazard identification, risk assessment, and calculation of consequences at CTF. Specifically, our project focuses on studying the flame structure of oil tank fires, the radiation characteristics, and target tank failure. Additionally, here we offer general recommendations.
