Abstract

Software plays a vital role in virtual simulation. Nowadays software used in every filed like modeling, simulation, analysis, virtual reality, etc. Here, Flexsim is also an important and user-friendly tool which can be used for plant modeling, plant simulation, plant analysis. It can be used for capacity planning, bottleneck identification, routing and scheduling, plant virtual model. Also, it is used for material handling equipment analysis. Here, in this paper, we focus on plant simulation for bottleneck identification and its solution.
