The synthetic fuel production using the new method of the Chlorella high quality concentration

Abstract

The microalga concentrates are unique for synthesizing of high quality fuel. The synthetic of high quality fuel production formed because of the possibility of extraction of the raw oil (synthetic fuel) from microalga’s high quality concentrates. The microalga concentrate of Chlorella is the most suitable material for synthetic high quality raw oil production. Existing methods of centrifugation or microfiltration of microalga Chlorella concentration are very expensive. The paper represents the new developed method of high quality concentration of the microalga Chlorella using the vibration influence on the environment of microalga Chlorella + natural medium in the regime of the process of vibroturbulization permitting by extraction of resulting concentrate to produce synthetic raw oil fast, easy and cost effective.
