In spot welding process, in the industry, prime concern is adequate strength and good spot weld considering aesthetic looks with less power consumption. Strength is function of properties of material and nugget diameter is also function of properties of material. So to achieve strength there must be analysis of nugget diameter and break load both experimentally and analytically with help of software and actual testing of sheet metal spot welds. If the results of both method matches than our analysis is said to be valid. Here, crucial factor is material of sheet. In this paper, the material used is CRCA Steel analysis for nugget diameter and strength is carried out with help of real time testing data and software simulation. The data acquired from that analysis is compared with the actual data and deviation in both results is identified. If the deviation is within prescribed limit, results are acceptable from both analytical and simulation point of view. Deviation is best shown with help of graphical representation.
