A General Study Work-Life Balance in Higher Education for Women in India
Abstract
Women's battle for faculty posts in athletic training Women in professor roles should have an equal
work-life balance. a work environment that values balance and gives women faculty members the
freedom to organize and prioritize their schedules is essential for achieving work-life harmony. It is
crucial for women to have support systems both inside and outside of the workplace if they are to be
able to manage their responsibilities. More than 85% of working women executives in higher education
say they put in more than 48 hours per week of normal work, and about 25% of them feel unable to
handle the stress and pressure they experience on a daily basis. later, the requirement to continue
working from home Formal working hours may be detrimental to both workers and their families. Work-
life balance refers to how one handles obligations at work and how one handles personal and family
duties outside of the office. These Phenomenological studies included work-family boundary theory and
generational Principles to guide and understand the notions of work-life balance. this research Focused
on three generations: Baby Boomers, Generation X, and Generation Y women Leadership roles in the
for-profit higher education industry. significance of study generational attitudes was designed to
increase understanding of how they cope, and their feelings of stress as a leader in proprietary higher
education, including: Similarities and differences across generations on the topic of work-life balance.
