Assessing the State of Readiness in Medium and Large-Scale Industries for Introducing Innovative HR Practices to Catalyze Operational Excellence and Becoming a Cost-Quality Leader

Innovative HR practices help company in catalyzing operational excellence and cost quality leader. Through innovative HR practices company can convert its intangible innovative HR practices in to tangible results. Before 5 to 10 years company considered HR department as a nonhju7-productive department; but now a day’s scenario has been changed; now a company considers HR department as the most crucial part of the company. The primary objective of this research is to gauge the state of readiness in medium and large-scale businesses to adopt and institutionalize the innovative HR practices with the overall purpose of becoming market leader in their respective markets. The overarching purpose is to understand the DNA of a successful medium scale company, which can emerge as a PAN India cost and quality leader in next 3 to 5 years, especially in terms of benchmark HR practices. The methodology used in the study is quantitative and qualitative in nature and data is obtained through structured questionnaire and interview of 11 manufacturing industries. Eventually, conclusion and recommendations are mentioned.
