A Systematic Review of IoT-based Heart Attack Detection Algorithms and Techniques

Neenansha Jain, Ajay Kumar Bind, Amit Raghuwanshi

Abstract

Body temperature has an impact on heart rate, making it a crucial signal that should be watched in order to identify any abnormalities early enough to receive treatment. There is requirement for a small, portable gadget that can be used for monitoring and controlling key indicators on a daily basis. The purpose of this project is to create a device that continuously monitors vital signs while also taking temperature and heart rate readings on a regular basis. In the event that the signal is measured above or below predefined values, an alert is also set off. Additionally, it transmits this data using Bluetooth so that it may be viewed in the interfaces of Android applications, saved in database files, and retrieved at will. The project also intends to create a platform that will enable interactions between the patient and their physician and allow the doctor to access the patient's daily records. IoT (Internet of Things) based Heart Attack Detection and Heart Rate Monitor is a system that utilizes IoT technology to continuously monitor a patient's heart rate and detect any irregularities or potential heart attacks. The system consists of a wearable heart rate monitoring device, which collects real-time heart rate data and sends it to a cloud-based server for analysis.
