Impact of Change Orders on Construction Project Performance

Abstract

The success of any construction project depends on its timely completion, according to the specifications and within the budget. Change orders during the execution of the project are inevitable. Effective management of change orders is a key for the success of the project. In the present study, an attempt has been made to analyze the impact of change orders on construction projects performance. A questionnaire was designed to obtain the views of stakeholders of construction projects and subsequently, analysis is done to draw the conclusions.
