Abstract

The effort focuses on mushroom production using evaporative cooling. It has various advantages over conventional cooling techniques, including the ability to drop the temperature based on environmental conditions, the usage of 80 percent less energy than air conditioning, and the cost and maintenance requirements. With proper preparation, evaporative cooling in agriculture can assist lower the temperature and high relative humidity. Also, it helps in storing goods in cold storage using evaporative cooling which reduces the cost of the product. A tiny polyhouse with an evaporative cooler, exhaust fan, and mushroom sacks will be built in this project. further, the main focus will be on design and Fabrication of evaporative cooler. The cooler will be built on the concept of evaporative cooling through clay material and PVC Pipe, fan will be used for cooling the air. At the end, the effect of cooler on the mushroom production will be checked. Because of its perishability, horticultural produce is stored at a lower temperature. Cooling the environment can be accomplished in a variety of ways. As a result, keeping these things fresh demands maintaining a consistent temperature and humidity control to keep chemical, biochemical, and physiological changes to a minimum. In numerous developing countries, the high expense of constructing cold storage or controlled environment storage is a significant issue.
