Analysis of Autonomous Maintenance System Using ELECTRE Method

Malarvizhi Mani, M. Ramachandran, Chandrasekar Raja, Chinnasami Sivaji

Abstract

Automated maintenance as a maintenance strategy defined, where the machine operators their continuously monitor devices and make changes, perform minor maintenance work on their machines. Lower labor costs, fewer operators being next to their machine at all times, it is inefficiency and maintenance related to travel waiting for technician to arrive on site eliminates time completely. Clean equipment properly check that it is done and lubricated -a maintenance technician for major repairs cleaning and lubrication when supervised such simple tasks are often overlooked. But with autonomous maintenance, these simple tasks operators ensure that it is carried out. ELECTRE methods are widely used in many real-world decision-making problems, from recruitment to transportation and more. Theoretical research on the fundamentals of ELECTRE methods is also active at this time. Alternative: database management, data storage, data analysis, sensor technology, technology perspective, weight (Wj). Evaluation preference: preventive maintenance, condition based maintenance, predictive maintenance, reliability centered maintenance. According to the results, reliability-centered maintenance factors are ranked highest, whereas preventative maintenance is ranked last.
