

Passive Capillary Flow of Aqueous Working Liquids in the SU-8 based Microchannel Bends
Abstract
In this work, total 4 individual SU-8 based microchannel bends are fabricated by maskless lithography and indirect bonding technique. The leakage-free surface-driven capillary flow of aqueous ethanol is recorded by a CMOS camera. Also, the leakage-free surface-driven capillary flow of aqueous isopropyl alcohol (IPA) is recorded by the CMOS camera. This work will be useful in bioengineering applications.
