in present global scenario of competitive market, automotive industries requires perfection on shop floor of manufacturing system for higher productivity with less consumption of resources and time. Lean manufacturing system has been found as an effective approach for improvement in processes, product, and performance of operator involved in production. This study will focuses on implementation lean manufacturing technique in automotive industries. The objective of the research is to identify various non-productive factors involved in production processes and highlight planned path that can improve productivity of the organization.
