Impact of Different Parameters on Photovoltaic Cells - A Study

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the impact of different parameters along with effect of environmental conditions on the electrical power generation by PV cells. Photovoltaic is playing an important role to make use of solar energy for electricity generation worldwide. In this study progress in solar photovoltaic technologies including materials for solar cells, efficiency; factor affecting the performance like solar irradiance, accumulation of dust, humidity and its impact on PV-cell, along with the cost were studied.
