Improvement in Working Efficiency of Worker by using Micro and Memo Technique in Welding Operation
Abstract
The Micro motion methodology is good suited for those operations or activities which are of small or short duration, and which are repeated many or say hundreds of times. These are the operations or motions which require time (very small), and it is quite difficult to measure time for these motions accurately and the time required by these motions cannot be neglected due to repetitive operations, which are developed in literature. In such activities, it is interesting to go into greater details in order to find out which movement and effort can be avoided. All this is done to develop the best possible pattern of movement so that the operator can perform the operations repeatedly with a minimum effort and fatigue, and determine where the movement and effort can be saved and to develop the best possible pattern of movement for enabling the operative to perform the operation repeatedly with minimum of efforts and fatigue; the technique used for this purpose frequently makes use of filming and are collectively known as micro motion technique.
