Abstract

Abstract

The proposed Smart Health Monitoring Glove is an interdisciplinary system, which is designed keeping in view to track internal body changes. It is based on implementation of biggest innovation in technology- the wearable technology using Node Microcontroller Unit (MCU) which is known for their simultaneous operation and display of necessary information on the patient. This cost effective device uses a pulse sensor to track patient’s pulse rate, while the Max 30102 sensor is used to measure the temperature and blood oxygen level in the body. The sensors are mounted on the glove along with the display. The sensor based monitoring system sends information to the Node MCU used which then processes it and further sends a command to the display module. In addition to this a Wi-Fi module is placed on the glove which when connected to a mobile application - Blynk, displays the complete information of the patient and further stores this information in a database- accessible to doctor as well as the patient.
