Mechanical testing plays an important role in the development of army.Accordingly, the aim of this project is utilize a defence robot for bomb diffusal applications. Autonomous Robots have gained their popularity due to economic production, flexibility of launch and variety of applications. In this paper a new approach for development of Autonomous rocker bogie robot is presented. The robot uses powerful brushless DC motors, electronic speed controller (ESC), GPS system, Arduino UNO, live streaming camera and R.F. transmitter and receiver. The robot was programmed with android application and Arduino UNO. The new design is verified on the grounds of structural stability, dynamic analysis, power of live steaming camera and directional flexibility for longer duration.
