Preparation and Characterization of Multifunctional Ferrite Nanoparticles for Photocatalytic Applications
Keywords:
Multifunctional Ferrites, XRD, FTIR, NMR, Photocatalytic ApplicationsAbstract
Ferrite is having both electrical and magnetic properties. Now a days it has importance as a technological material. A review of ferrite study regarding science and technology of ferrite by different scientists is presented in this paper. The history and applications of ferrites are explained by various illustrations. It gives an overview of ferrites as a nano particle. It presents a broad overview of ferrite research, from bulk to nanoscale ferrite preparations. It is necessary in today's world to prepare samples of ferrite with a single composition using a variety of procedures and compare the findings of such investigations. This paper presents various types of ferrite nano particles, their properties and their methods of synthesis like standard ceramic technique and wet chemical methods as well. The synthesis of spinel ferrite nanoparticles is given in detail with their applications in different fields. The various applications of ferrites can be studied by this useful data.
