Abstract

Abstract Nuclear power is that the solely large-scale energy-producing technology that takes full responsibility for all its wastes and absolutely prices this into the merchandise. The quantity of radioactive wastes is incredibly little relative to wastes made by fuel electricity generation. Used fuel is also treated as a resource or just as a waste. Nuclear wastes square measure neither notably venturesome nor exhausting to manage relative to alternative harmful industrial wastes. Safe ways for the ultimate disposal of high-level radioactive material square measure technically proven; the international accord is that this could be geologic disposal.
