In this competitive world, to build a good quality product and productivity of any manufacturing corporation optimum selection of process parameters is very vital, when it comes to the desired dimension and tolerances in order to fulfill the purpose of the product. This paper explains the utility of grey relational analysis (GRA) for minimizing the machining time and lubrication thickness simultaneously, in vertical CNC end milling of Al-7075 T6. The input parameters to be taken in this research work are cutting velocity, feed rate and depth of cut. Al-7075 T6 has very high strength amongst 7000 series aluminum alloy. L9 Orthogonal array has been generated using DOE of MINITAB with 3 factors and 2 levels.
