Abstract

The present study is to investigate effect of tool pin profile over the friction stir welding of aluminium alloys 7075 T6. The welding process is to be conducted on varying the welding process parameters such as tool rotation speed (rpm), welding speed (mm/min) and tool pin profile. In this work, tensile strength tool rpm increase UTS in FSW joint decease up to certain level, including effect tool rpm on weld tensile strength on feeding and as feed in the further increase then UTS increase.
