Abstract

The AWJ is among the modern type of machining with significant advantages over the previously used type machining. The measuring of the cutting depth is very important in progress abrasive waterjet (AWJ) machining system. While cutting Ti-6Al-4V under waterjet, it is important to measure the cutting depth of the required material at the instant of cutting.
