Abstract

Abstract

The objective of arc welding is to design parameters for electric arc welding to assume no-leak during the process. To achieve the selected impotent welding parameter like arc voltage, a diameter of the rod, electrode size of available literature, scientific research on the selected parameters, Taguchi method and fixed for the parameter level. This is further for three different parameters levels are fixed and (L9 = 3^3) orthogonal array experiments are conducted and the result is obtained. This work is indicated are double-groove joint. To produce in a few specific operating conductions in ANOVA, the estimated value of universal tensile strength test of carbon percentage (C 0.14%) of special material and hard materials strength.
