Hydrogenomonas in lateritic and silty formation influenced by velocity were monitored to predict its rate of migration and its level of variation in concentration. The study examined various conditions observed in the migration level in these two formations. Velocity variation were based on its rate of deposition between the litho structure in study area., The derived solution generated simulation values that express their various concentrations which range from 0.0024 -0.0771, 1.0342-1.2161, 0.9053-0.1231, 6.34E-03-1.44E-02, 1.0783-0.7331. The simulation was subjected to model validation and both parameters developed faviourable fits. The simulation generated fluctuation base on reflection of velocity in deltaic depositions, the migration rate shows that the contaminant might increase the contamination in phreatic deposition. The study is imperative because it express the rate which the dynamics of velocity influences the system in various strata.
