Abstract

The requirement of global market is to produce highest grade quality products corresponding to world class standards. This can be achieved by providing services which are ecologically superior and economically viable. The efforts must be made to enhance the efficiency, minimizing waste and optimum use of resources. The Continuous Improvement is Quality concept to survive in this market. “7 QC Tools” is quality assurance tools which is used to improve the quality of product by solving problem through understandable diagrams or chart .7 QC Tools include various tools such as Cause and Effect Diagram, Check sheet, Control Chart, Flow Chart, Histogram, Pareto chart, Scatter Diagram. This paper elaborates Continual Improvement concepts which can be achieved by quality products through 7 QC tools.
