Abstract

We are going to compare Cashew Nutshell Oil (CNSO) diesel blend and Tire Oil diesel blend in this paper. Usually, Cashew Nutshell Oil is produced from the waste that is collected from cashew nut industry. Tire oil is the liquid fuel that is produced from waste tires. Many tests were going on to study the fire point of both CNSO and Tire oil blends. Kinematic viscosity is high in case of CNSO but comparatively less in case of Tire oil. The real objective is to make a comparison between various properties like calorific value, kinematic viscosity, flash point and fire point and performance parameter regarding engine analysis of both CNSO and Tire oil diesel blend at a different percentage of the blend at different load condition and we are going to check the suitable proportion for a maximum result.
