Green Mobility: Bidirectional Power Conversion and Battery Management in Electric Vehicles

The creation and use of an intelligent battery management system and a bidirectional power converter for electric vehicles that can charge their batteries. In the present endeavor, we are using a selection switch to enable the v2g operation made in the place where the EV is parked. This battery charger allows receive energy from the power grid (g2v) and deliver back via the power grid part of the stored battery (v2g). The proposed system is to design a bidirectional power converter, regenerative power supply, and competent the battery management system. This bidirectional EV charger uses an autonomous smart battery management system to facilitate power transmission across devices in both g2v and v2g modes.. The paper offers important insights into the advancement of smart BMS for energy storage systems and the design and implementation of bidirectional power converters for EVs.References
