Abstract

Since agriculture is the backbone of Indian economy and above 70% of Indian people are depending on agriculture, the development of agriculture process takes a vital role. From few decades, even though improved agricultural machineries have been invented, they have not been reached. Agri-process is the most important endeavor in the world as it imparts about 8.4% to the total gross domestic product and provides employment to over 60 of the universes. In India, agricultural process has registered impressive growth over the last few decades and above 70% of the rural households depends on this agriculture. Lead acid battery is used for this model to store electrical energy from the solar panel. The lead acid type is a secondary cell or storage cell which can be charged. The five in one farming machine works on the battery and gets charged by solar plane, before starting the machine, the wiring is connected to the battery according to their terminals (+ve, -ve) and the battery is charged by solar plane. The machine is controlled by the toggle switch. The charge and discharge cycle can be repeated many times to restore the output voltage. The main purpose of 5-in-1 agro-machine is to reach small scale farmers with advanced technologies and reduced price. This project is intended to reduce human effort in agricultural field by reducing the cost of equipment. 5-in-1 agro-machine can perform five different operations; the motors used in the machine are powered by solar panels. So, if it is manufactured in large scale, its cost gets significantly reduced and will satisfy the partial thrust of Indian agriculture.
