Agile Software Methodology with Tools and Improvements

S. Bhuvana, Dr.Kevin Andrews, Dr. D. Hemanand

Abstract

This Paper explains about the new   technologies and techniques used in the Agile Software Methodology. Previous days the technology of waterfall model have been used. Water fall model is the elderly model based on the business requirements written by business analyst. Based on the business requirements technologist developed their own requirement and developed the Product. The later, new Agile method is a repetitive process where the demand and solution and emerge between Self organizing companies and customers. Agile promotes adjustable planning, repetitive development and delivery, a time oriented heuristic approach, and encourages rapid and flexible response to change their requirements with full customer satisfaction and more customer involvement.
