Substrate Integrated Waveguide Bandpass Filter with Cross Slots and CSRRs

Abstract

A wide Bandpass filter using cross slots and CSRRRs at X-band is presented in this paper. Half power bandwidth of 2GHz is achieved with transmission zeros on both sides. The insertion loss in the entire band is better than -1dB. A flat group delay is observed in the entire passband.
