Effect of Time Exposure on Human Blood by Laser Flash Photolysis

Diffuse reflectance laser flash photolysis has been used in blood sample to measure transient triplet spectra of free radical or reactive oxygen species (OH, O2, H2O2) generated in free cell systems was investigated using laser flash photolysis and electronic absorption spectra. In all cases, triplet–triplet absorption spectra with the application of this technique to studies concentration of normal human blood sample. The concentration of normal human blood sample is reduced by Laser photolysis at three areas (415 nm, 541 nm and 573 nm). The concentration of normal human blood sample is related to the absorbance as Beer’s law. The concentration at the first area 415 nm decreases by rated 0.13212 and on the second area at 541 nm by rated 0.01814 and at last for the 573 nm decreases by rated 0.01794 for the quantum yield was obtained. Absorbance vs time measurements can thus be converted into concentration vs time from which the rate of reaction may be calculated.
