This article is study about tippler to discharge bulky materials of various plants on conveyor transit system. Tippler is used for emptying loaded wagons by tipping it. Clamp devices have been inclusive to tippler so as to retain wagon from top as well as from side. Wagon tipplers have equipped with track stops, wheel grippers and different type of limit switches. Geometry of fabrication has categorized wagon tipplers by either rota side, given by, rotation of 135o, and rotary type, given by, rotation of 180o. Usual rota side wagon tipplers have been driven by rotational energy from hydraulic systems to enable smooth operation. Efficient and effective deals from thermal power plant have been basic aptitude scripture of uniform supply of coal by automated handling system. Procedures of coal convey has inclusive of coal load and unload consequences, i.e. act of coal store outside factory of boiler. Involved machinery and equipment have selective prosecution for unload of coal, coal preservation yard, transport and accessory equipment. Strategic components of tippler have studied as cradle, end rings, side beam, top clamp assembly, bearing, gearbox and drive. Drive unit of tippler has suggestive allocated on one side of super-structure. Drive unit has made of motor with flexible coupling; thruster operated brake, bearing, helical gear box, pinion or toothed rings. Adoptive equipment pursue has speculation for unload of material from wagon has been either consisted of wagon tippler for BOXN type wagon or track hopper below rail track for BOBRN wagon.
