Abstract


The research statement is to make study on the “customer preference and satisfaction towards royal Enfield with special reference to Sulthan Bathery municipalityThe statement of the problem is focused on understanding the customer preferences and satisfaction towards Royal Enfield motorcycles in the Sulthan Bathery Municipality area. It aims to investigate the factors that influence customers' purchasing decisions and their satisfaction levels with the brand. This study will provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of Royal Enfield's marketing strategies and product offerings in the local market. The results of this study can be used to develop targeted marketing campaigns and improve the overall customer experience, leading to increased sales and brand loyalty for Royal Enfield. The study report deals with the analysis of customer preference conducted among customers of Royal Enfield who purchased different brands Royal Enfield.
